Running Wylder

Running Wylder is the first running store where not only I haven't felt intimidated but I have felt like I belonged. My husband and I casually bumped into the store while on a trip to the city as the 'miles and matcha' crew was coming back from a group run.

I said to my friend “these stores are what make San Francisco and Noe so great”. I am new to running and the neighborhood - such a warm and welcoming store. Katherine helped me pick out my first official running shoe after guiding me through many options and listening to my feedback through each pair.

Running stores in cities are less about shoes and socks these days and more about whether you walk out feeling like you just joined a club you didn’t know you were missing. In the one year that Running Wylder has been around, they’ve absolutely nailed that feeling, and then some.

This is an absolutely fantastic shoe store for runners! My wife and I stopped in here to check it out, and ended up leaving with 3 pairs of shoes -- all of which we are extremely happy with. Their selection is very curated -- they carry very good, modern, functional, high-performance shoes, and at good prices, too.
