On The Run Shoes

I had forgotten how much I love On The Run Shoes — until I came back today. I ordered online first and pick up at the store. This was the first place where I got special shoes and shoe support for my pronation and flat feet. My very first pair was Hoka, and now I wear Brooks.

My boyfriend just finished buying a pair of shoes here. He is tough to fit (14EEEE). He came home excited about being able to try on not just one, not just two, but five different styles of shoes. They took their time and didn't get exasperated.

Outstanding Customer Service by technically qualified salesmen: orthopedic and massage technicians who know about mechanics and muscle dynamics. Excellent manners and fair prices. I started going there when I lived in the Inner Sunset and continued to do so after I moved across town.

As i walked in I was greeted by an extremely knowledgeable staff member name Timothy. He was exceedingly helpful, explained the cause for my heal pain,measured my feet and made an amazing recommendation. I live out of town but I'll try to make all my future shoe purchases here.
