Running Star Ranch

My daughter has been taking lessons once a week for almost a year now. I cannot say enough great things about Running Star Ranch. Jo is great with kids and is very safety conscious. She always has someone there to help her so everything runs smoothly and very organized which is awesome.

A lovely facility. The horses are shiny and well muscled, obviously cared for. The arena and pastures are maintained. Everything was clean and tidy, tack nicely labeled. The owner is very responsive and has done everything possible to work around my schedule.

We went here for our GS troop Horseback Riding event. I had 7 girls go. They had a great time learning at all the stations and getting to groom and ride the horses! All of the staff were great with the horses and keeping the girls aware, engaged and safe.

They have wonderful horses and it's a really nice barn to take riding lessons, because not only are you learning how to ride, but you learn other essentials, such as groundwork and what not. The lessons are a reasonable price for the length of them.
