Endurance Running

I am 42 years of age and have had a heel problem for almost three years and originally went to a foot doctor that prescribed rest and orthotics, which didn’t solve the problem…I saw different therapists and doctors and could not get the issue fixed.

Booked a run gait analysis for my daughter. She’s a young athlete and grown exponentially in a short period of time, which has left her stiff and has changed her running form and speed.
