I recently started jogging and quickly realized my knees weren’t handling it well, so I decided to invest in proper running shoes. I’d heard that Runners Depot offers gait analysis and fittings, so I booked an appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by name, which set the tone for a great experience.

When i came in, i was on a time crunch as i needed good, supportive work shoes for my upcoming shift. I was directed to Phil, and i must say he is the most helpful employee i have encountered! I had a feeling that he could sense my urgency, but the quality of service did not go down because of this.

My first time ever in a runners depot and I had a very pleasant experience. It’s not like most shoe stores. They actually care and I have a bad back and the person who helped me (Chuck) was such a pleasure and did a great job!

Runner’s Depot is my go to store for running shoes. I love that they have a board to list who is up next so nobody feels skipped over or ignored. Instead, you get personal attention and assistance. For the past few years I have been fortunate to have Chuck assist me.
