New Balance Factory Store Sunrise

What great customer service! Staff was on top of things constantly making sure we were taking care of. We checked out with Cheyenne who was so helpful. The manager Kristal was so kind and patient with us going back and forth with the transaction.

Had an excellent experience at New Balance. Darwin and Brian provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit instead of just making a sale.

I received exceptional customer service and help from Darwin. Darwin went above and beyond in helping me return two pairs of shoes that I ordered online that were the incorrect size, found me the right size for one of the pairs in the store, and ordered the other pair right to my house and matched my original sale…

Had been today , the Black Friday. There were serpentine queues at many outlets. Wanted to check out on New Balance , and surprisingly there weren't many customers waiting outside the store though there were many inside . The range , quality and price of the Shoes cannot be matched by other major Footwear outlets .
