RUN717 - Running Coach

I was referred to Brenda from a friend who had used her coaching service in the past. I was running my second official marathon and I wanted to finish under 4 hours but couldn’t seem to get any faster on my own. Brenda developed a plan for me with weekly speed work that helped so much!

When I started working with Brenda I was a new masters runner struggling with injuries every time I would try to increase my mileage beyond 10-12 miles per week. Brenda worked with me and when those niggles came up we worked together and adjusted the schedule accordingly.

I don't normally write reviews but I will for this. I'm start with I'm not a fast runner. I had 2 artificial joints when I started and used aids to even walk. Brenda researched and found workouts for me. I now have 3 joints replaced and still getting it done. All this because of Brenda.

I worked with Brenda for four months in training for a very challenging trail race half marathon. She provided very clear guidance and programming for my runs, was very easy to communicate with, and always challenging you to do better and grow as an athlete. I highly recommend Run717!
