Michael at New Balance was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable, super kind, and had a great personality! 10/10 recommend!

I come to this location 2-3 times per year because I have large feet and new balance is one of the only brands where I can consistently find shoes that fit me comfortably. The staff at this store is incredibly friendly and helpful including to the manager.

Found almost exactly what I was looking for, just wish they had a bit larger selection of non slip stuff as that’s what I need for work. Prices are high and I really think it would be better if they lowered all of them by like 20 bucks.

Pretty good selection and great prices. The staff here attends to you like they are paid a commission. I appreciate being greeted and checked on, but it got a bit excessive in the short amount of time I was there.

Best shoe shopping experience ever! Kudos to the staff at the Tanger New Balance Store. Especially Eddie who truly does “live the product”. He found an upgraded pair of walking shoes for my wife that were discontinued and made sure I was getting the right shoe for my daily needs.
