The staff on the floor and clerical are so professional and helpful. Not only can they address foot issues but insurance issues. The store has a good selection of shoes for people that specialized care. If there is a problem one person can't address they look for someone who can.

Rosendahl shoe store in Nampa is my go to shoe store. I've been going there for years and never had bad service or unknowledgeable customer reps. They carry good quality shoes for your feet. I have abused my feet growing up and the shoes I get from big stores don't always fit right or feel right.

Love coming here for my Birks! My husband got his refurbished and even bought a new pair! Highly recommend! 10/10 staff is friendly and helpful! Gina is the best! Ask for her!!
