the floor lead remembered my name and was very willing to let me try the shoe I wanted in three sizes to make sure the 9 size was right still. I had came in earlier and listed 7 or 8 stability shoe models and the staffer brought all out that they had from my list. I think they had 90% of them in my size.

My first visit was a fail but the return visit was great. The staff is very nice. My scan showed on the right edge of C width but I went home with regular width shoes. They felt good in the store, I wore them at home for an hour and my feet hurt for 8 hours. (I have troubled feet.

I’m a return customer and will continue to be! Not only is the staff cordial and polite, but they are super knowledgeable, and go above and beyond! I have hard feet and comfort levels to find a shoe for but they won’t give up until you get what you need.

The owners and staff are fantastic. They take extremely good care of their customers and offer a great product at a VERY reasonable price, especially compared to other similar retailers in the space. Fleet Feet is one of the rare gem businesses in the valley that prioritizes their customers.
