I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks online that were difficult to find. I contacted the store for assistance as UPS tracking was not working. Jeffrey took the time to call me back and assure me my hard to find shoes were on the way. Excellent customer service.

I come here every year for diabetic Orthotics and shoes. They have great service and a very nice shoe selection. I wouldn't be able to walk nearly as much without my orthotics. They have helped with neuropathy, back pain and leg pain. The diabetic shoes are usually Brooks and I love them.

The Boise staff members are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional in their field. They take the time to explain what and why they are doing adjustments to your shoes or inserts to make them more comfortable to wear and use.

From the owner all the to all his professional staff are top notch in excellent customer service. Jeffery offered a full service of properly sizing for my shoes all with the inserts. Christa helped me with the actual fitting of the new shoes. She offers awesome and excellent customer service.
