A very nice, clean, professional store with excellent customer service. We were helped by “Jackson”, who was extremely nice and helpful. He guided us through the best shoes for us, and went though an whole analysis of our walking, generating a computer graphic of the foot angles and anatomy. Very cool.

Staff are experienced athletes and literally ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure the customer experience is nothing short of first class. I am a seasoned athlete too but as an old friend once told me, “you always learn something looking over another farmer’s field, and it costs you nothing!

Customer for a decade. Customer service is second to none and VIP prices are super competitive. Their 3D foot scan machine puts you into the right shoes. And it’s nice to have a physical location to try sizes. ASICS Kayano are the only shoes that I’m a size 11. Easy to determine in person, not so much online.

I had the best experience at Road Runner because the sales associate Erica. She was super knowledgeable and pulled great options based on what I was looking for. I was shopping with my two young kids and she was unbelievably patient. I’m so excited about my new pair of running shoes for my upcoming race.
