My "go to" shoe was discontinued so I came in to get another evaluation. Kaiden offered top notch customer service and did the unthinkable, converted me from Asics to Brooks.

Shout out to Gael who is a superstar staff member. He's super experienced and knowledgeable! He helped me figure out what kind of shoe works for me and my feet, types of insoles and even socks after doing an eval. Dude is the man! Amazing employee of an amazing shoe store. This guy needs to be promoted.

Great experience trying on the new Altra Timp, Lone Peak, and Olympus! The staff brought me through their fitting process smoothly and helped me understand more about my foot shape and strike. Running on the treadmill was probably the coolest part of the fitting process.
