My husband and I recently visited Road Runner Sports for the first time, and while parts of the experience were fun, there were some frustrating issues with how things were managed. When we arrived, the store was packed.
at 4 pm on a Tuesday afternoon, there were several resilient, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, relatable to, very capable staff to help the customers- in about a ratio of 1 staff to 2-3 customers. We all went out with purchases.
I don’t put on miles like I did in past when I ran races but Roadrunner is still my go to for trail shoes. Helpful staff from the moment you walk into the store.
10/10 experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kevin greeted me right away when I walked in, which made me feel very welcome. Maddy was amazing during the shoe selection process. She was patient, kind, and truly great at what she does. I would definitely recommend this location!(:
