On Store Newport Beach Fashion Island

Bought my first pair of On’s today for my trip to Europe! Had no idea what I needed but Harry gave me three good options after hearing what I needed.

I live in LA, but while searching for an ON store, I ended up driving to the Newport location—and I’m so glad I did! The store is spacious, clean, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I’ve purchased a number of these from the store. But today I had to make a basic return - unused and with a receipt. Brian G was quite friendly and processed the return as easily as one would expect. But the reason I’m sharing is because he was so incredibly kind during the interaction.

Went to this On Store in Newport Beach today to check out their shoes. A very big store with lots of selections. There were a good number of employees to help customers. I think it was Vincent who helped us. All the employees appeared to be friendly and helpful. The store had in stock the new Cloudmonster3 hyper LS.

This store is centrally located right across from the koi pond at Fashion Island. We had an exchange and were treated with the exact respect we got when originally purchasing the 4 pairs of shoes.
