I always have a great experience with the staff support at Runners World. My family all have different needs. The staff are super informative, kind and patient with questions about need and fit. This is the only place from which I choose to purchase our exercise shoes.
Great place to grab some Runners. The VIP program is very useful. Allows you to find the proper shoe within 90days.. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and can guide you to the right shoe that fits your lifestyle for both me and my track running son.
Great service — staff really knew the differences in each brand. Able to get on a treadmill here to test out shoes. Great for runners and others.
Mahari was very helpful and probably the best shoe fitter I have ever worked with. He was able to walk me through a variety of different shoe types to identify my desired cushion level, responsiveness and support until I found a pair that was perfect for me.
