Absolutely love this chain. Was excited when they opened up a location near me a year or two ago. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and have a passion for the sport. Gait tracking is an easy process (wall/run on a treadmill to see how you walk) to recommend the right shoe. Scott was phenomenal to work with!

Richard helped us get our 10 year old twin boys fitted for shoes. This was, hands down, the absolutely best shoe shopping experience that I have ever had. Richard ran some high tech fitting tests and then suggested a couple of different shoes for my kids.

This store and its staff are simply incredible. This afternoon, Richard helped me try on several pairs of shoes after doing some feet measurements. He was very patient and eager to encourage me to continue trying different shoes until I found my perfect match.

The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They do not try to push stuff on you. Went in with the shoe I wanted in mind, left with a different shoe with their advice. I have 30 miles on them so far and love them!
