I have been going to this store for years, but after several changes (weight loss and joint replacements) I returned today for a new analysis and new shoe inserts. The assistant manager Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. As I suspected, my shoe (and sock) needs had changed.

I had an amazing experience at Roadrunner Falls Church! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I want to give a special shoutout to Ria, who assisted us during our visit. Despite the busy store, she welcomed us right away and made us feel valued.

Road Runnwr was great at fitting all my kids for track shoes. Caleb was particularly fun and helpful and gave great advice on everything from spikes to socks. I love the VIP ability to return shoes within 90 days in case something doesn’t fit right.
