This is the customer service and experience that is not replicated online or at a big box store! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They ask how you run and use the shoes, measure your feet, look at your arch and gait and then narrow down to 4-5 pairs you can try on and walk in until you find the one you like.

I am not from Milwaukee and visited the store this past weekend, as I needed help thinking through getting a new brand of running shoe. Clayton C showed me a wide variety of options, had me try on 5 and listened very closely and patiently to my feedback and then helped me settle on the Saucony Endorfin Speed 4.

If you are in the market for shoes, look no further and come here! The staff is very helpful and cares about what shoe is best for your feet. Thank you to Andrew and the other staff member who helped my son and I yesterday.
