New Balance

Great staff & great shopping experience. After visiting 5 other stores the staff at New Balance in Troy helped me find a pair of shoes that fit.

Had to come to this location on account they closed the one by Lakeside.. Appears to be a larger store, but the same helpful people. Lady named... Jennifer, I believe sold me my last pair and then sold me another pair today. Stepped on their little measuring machine, still carrying the weight in same locations.

My husband and I stopped in about 20 minutes before closing and the staff was so genuine and helpful. I always feel bad going into stores late and the girl that helped us was so gracious and kind. She had us measure our feet and recommended some great options for an upcoming trip.

I came in here to find the perfect size, but man what an experience!!! They have a scanner to create a 3D scan of my feet. Kyle helped me walk through different pairs and help me choose what fit my feet the best. Love it and would recommend buying from here than other 3rd party stores.

This store was amazing clean and very attentive Kyle was so helpful and showed a lot of enthusiasm in his job which I love when looking for a specific shoe ! All of the employees were super welcoming and nice this is my new fave new balance store
