Incredible. I love me some Hansen's but hadn't checked this spot out and glad I did. For context, I've only visited 1x (yesterday) but the experience (thank you Margaret) alone drove me to write this. Goal: Running shoes for my 13-year old son (secondarily running shoes for me). I was thoroughly impressed and enjoyed my shopping experience at Gazelle Sports Birmingham. As someone who has gone to several running stores in the Metro-Detroit area searching for the perfect pair of road shoes - the staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is a fantastic place to stop and shop for running shoes and apparel. My Dad purchased a gift card for my 40th birthday and I am absolutely pleased with the service that was provided! I love my new running shoes! They fit perfectly! I highly recommend this place!
Great customer service. They didn’t have the shoes I went looking for in store but the staff was very knowledgable and suggested other comparable brands and styles. They’re really passionate about what they do and ‘invest’ in their customers.
