New Balance St. Louis

The staff at New Balance is always helpful but I was fortunate enough to meet Miranda yesterday who was so incredibly kind and patient. I have such a difficult fit for shoes and she had so many ideas and brought out many for me to try. She truly made it such a pleasant experience.

Staff was great. Wide variety of widths and sizes, which is important because the person I was buying for was a 4E. I popped in on Saturday afternoon to pick up a gift for the next day. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase a pair of shoes and was in and out in probably < 10 minutes!

The new balance Creve Coeur location is in my opinion the place to go for all types of your most comfortable, best fitting sneakers and apparel. Staff here is very helpful and polite. They want you to get the best fitting shoes that you like and will meet your needs. And will even order the right shoes if that is what you need at no extra cost. Location is easy to get in and out of even in Creve Couer on Olive Blvd... a very busy road. Love this store!!!
