Great store where the employees know their stuff. Super friendly staff, customer service is outstanding. Staff was able to educate me on my foot dimensions, and suggest the perfect shoe for my daily activities. The interior is very clean. I plan on visiting again very soon!

Went to big River Running Company today Location was very convenient, free easy parking right out front. The sales staff was immediately really nice. Someone named Ben helped me, he had a very relaxed personality. I needed help right away.

The staff always greets you, fits your foot , will do gait analysis and ask you about running plans to find you the perfect shoe. These folks also run free running clinics in STL and sponsor many local races and pub runs. Stay local Buy local!

Absolutely wonderful group of employees! All very sweet and very intelligent. Well-versed in the shoe brands and models. They knew exactly what types of shoes to steer towards for my requests for both work and working out. They were so pleasant to both myself and my mother. We worked with Lizzie and Jack!
