By going to this family-owned brick and mortar establishment I got the benefit of expert fitting and advice by a pleasant and efficient sales associate, ensuring that I got the right shoes for my wide toes, high arches, and particular use case. And the price was quite reasonable.

Store was neat, clean and inviting. Staff are welcoming and supportive of each other. Purchased 2 pairs of sneakers and they were delivered to my home (In NY) without any concerns. I would recommend this store without reservations.

Our experience was amazing!!! My mom is in two full foot braces. We came to the store and they helped me and my mom for about a hour. They were kind understanding and went above and beyond. They even helped get my mom back into the car and assisted with my mom’s walker and wheelchair!!! Excellent customer service!!!!

We drove to this New Balance (Southlake) from Wichita Falls to get my husband a much needed new pair of shoes. He wears a 12.5 4E so it's not only hard to find him a pair of shoes but New Balance is one of the only brands that aren't painful for him. Allan got him the new version of his shoe.
