New Balance Factory Store Grapevine Mills

This New Balance store has everything New Balance. Brittany assisted me and was totally helpful.

This store can be hit or miss on occasion, but lately they have had some jackpots! The staff is so helpful, and ordered me a pair they didn’t have in store, and they were delivered the very next day. Always super clean and organized.

Place was a tiny bit crowded. Very clean areas, everything clearly labeled. Employees were not pushy, they occasionally check up on you to see if you need anything (which is nice), and they are very knowledgeable. Was given sound advice and recommendations from Noah.

First time being in this store. Was greeted right away by the friendly staff. While I was trying on shoes, an employee asked if I needed help and was very polite and professional about it. He wasn’t pushy at all and waited on me if I needed help.

Justin ringed me and he is an awesome customer service manager. I bought More V4 from him and even price matched with online rate - which he accepted without lot of fuss. Did not rush me while I tried om shoes and was respectful to me. I appreciate that. Would go again.
