I have been to this store a couple times and have only had great experiences with the staff. When I came in the other day to do an exchange on two shoes that I ordered the wrong size and color for we ran into some issues with the process due to how I had originally ordered the shoes.

Best experience buying sneakers that fit & feel great! Staff is knowledgeable and thorough in helping me find what I needed. The first thing they wanted to do - analyze how I walk so they can find the right kind of shoe for me - awesome!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took the time to measure my 4 year olds feet for the perfect shoe.

It seems that this company is good at many locations. I just happened to stop at the Austin Congress Ave. location and spoke to a sales associate there regarding a particular model shoe that was recommended by my podiatrist. He informed me that they didn't carry that as they were more oriented to runners.
