New Balance

Had an amazing experience at the New Balance store. The staff really went above and beyond, especially Adriana — she took the time to carefully measure my Dad’s feet, check his arches, and made sure he found the perfect fit. She was kind, patient, and genuinely seemed to care, which means a lot to me these days.

I walked into the store just to browse and wasn’t planning to purchase shoes, but I ended up buying a pair because the staff was so patient, nice, and professional. He scanned my feet and spent time helping me choose the best pair of shoes that fit perfectly. The shoes are comfortable. I highly recommend this location!

They use modern technology to determine the length, width, arch height, etc of your feet so they can help you select the best style shoe for you. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want jogging shoes, this is a great place to go.

I've purchased shoes before, and these staff at this store are really helpful. I was looking for a specific kind of tennis shoe and called over to see if it was in stock? They checked for the model and size and dis not have any. They noted the shoes were last year's model and are not carried in the stores anymore ...
