New Balance of Lubbock

My husband bought his shoes at New Balance of Lubbock. He buys them there everytime he needs shoes. He says, "They know me there and they are very friendly."

Store was clean and well stocked. Everything was good finding a shoe and sales guy way nice. I was disappointed we didn't get to go stand on the machine that is supposed to help you pick the correct shoes or inserts if needed. When I asked about doing the full evaluation.

Bought my first pair of New Balance shoes here. The shoes are great but the service I got here was top notch! I can honestly say I've never had a better shoe buying experience. Do yourself a favor and skip buying shoes online or at any other store. The staff here is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

The staff here were extremely kind with helping my mom with mobility issues find a shoe that works for her. I believe it was Austin who assisted us and he was fantastic!

Awesome service at the Lubbock location! It’s not often, anymore, to go into a shoe store and be checked and fitted. Rico did an excellent job in providing information and searching for just the right shoe.
