Great shopping experience! The staff is nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I have had foot surgery and struggle to find something that doesn’t rub the screws. Brook patiently brought out several pairs of shoes and laced them up for me trying new knots to help with fit.
Sean W. at the 19th st location in Lubbock was great. He helped me figure out the perfect shoe for my running and slight pronation. He was polite and respectful the whole time, and very knowledgeable.
My wife and I had a great experience. The staff are experienced and helpful to guide you to the shoe that best fits you.
Well staffed and very efficient. Amber was so pleasant & helpful! Would give it five stars but prices are a bit high 😉
