I only wear new balance. The people are so nice & have knowledge about the shoes too

I always frequent the Cool Springs location, even though the drive is a bit longer for me. It’s consistently clean, and that curb appeal really stands out every time I walk in. The overall environment is welcoming, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The store was super clean, everyone was so nice and helpful. Conrad was so nice, and courteous, and attentive. I left very happy with my 990’s, highly recommend coming in, I will definitely be returning here for future purchases.

Had a great experience; the staff was incredibly helpful! I went in needing a very particular size of shoe with not a lot of time and they were able to help me get the exact shoe I needed!

Went in today to see about some shoes for my toddler who we have a hard time finding shoes that fit his wide feet. Krista was so helpful and sweet. My son is blind and disabled and she made him and us feel so comfortable. I will definitely be back just because of her! Thank you again Krista!
