I can't say enough about the great customer service my family and I have received at the Brentwood Fleet Feet store. Specifically, I want to acknowledge Chance, the manager. I recently ordered some Brooks shoes online, which were shipped from the Little Rock, AR store.

I initially had a return for the visit. I made the return and then I wanted to see if there were any shoes in clearance I could buy instead. The staff that day were very helpful. Several came up and offered to help or asked if I needed anything while I was trying on shoes.
