The man behind the success of every new balance store in the Cherry Hill area. The last time New balance bought out his other store. It closed within a year.

Fallon for the Plot Good service deserves applause. Bad service deserves notes. Some stores you browse. Others you go to with purpose, because you already know they’re going to have what you need. For me, that’s the New Balance store in Mount Laurel.

Jessica was awesome! I never buy sneakers for myself nor have I ever had my feet measured so I was a bit nervous going in, but the entire staff was welcoming and made the entire experience easy! Great attitudes, knowledgeable, and guaranteed my return for my next pair!

Chris greeted me upon entry with a warm welcome! He asked me to allow him to professionally size my feet with their tech savvy 3D foot machine. Thereafter, he asked me to walk so that he could visually see my feet in motion. Voila!!

My husband and I were helped by Chris Little, and it was hands-down the best shoe-shopping experience we’ve had in five years. We’re millennials—context matters. Shoe shopping has lost its fun since the COVID pandemic.
