Great customer service! Love the selection of shoes, new balance has definitely grown on me these past couple of years.

Went to find a pair of shoes I had seen a few months ago. They didn't have them anymore but Sarah was super helpful and put in a great effort to call and order them from a different location for me. We also found shirts that they didn’t have sizes in and she was able to help us locate and order those for us as well.

Amazing, efficient, effortless experience finding a new comfy pair of shoes. This was my first time at new balance and it was a breeze finding the right pair that suited my needs using the 3D foot scan and personalized one on one care (shoutout Sarah for her great work!

I never felt pressured into purchasing an item and that is something I value as a new client. As a result, I walked out with shoes that I love and suit my needs.
