I haven't bought good running shoes in years so I had a lot of questions. It was a busy day but Conner greeted me and started helping me right away. I did the 3D feet scan and then we started talking shoes, prices and running. Conner was patient, answered all of my questions and even helped me stay on budget.

I have been purchasing my walking shoes here since TCO Doctor recommended I go in for inserts to treat plantar fasciitis ( a long time!). I have been wearing Brooks Ghost. But my most recent experience with the shoe was not great. I went in and worked with Lily who helped me find a replacement.

I love this shoe store! The service provided was very knowledgeable and courteous. There is a wonderful selection of many options for shoes and other running/walking accessories. I had 1:1 assistance the whole time to make all the high quality options less overwhelming and prices are so reasonable!

Great experience! Staff were available to help me the minute I walked in the store. I felt very comfortable sharing with staff what I wanted out of a walking shoe. Staff offered me several choices based on my criteria, which was awesome. The shoes were high quality and reasonably priced.
