New Balance Factory Store Tampa

Went there today 6/26. Staff was amazing, very nice, very professional and helpful.i Was able to pick up my 1080v12's in and out no worries and they were at a great price.

Strictly New Balance at a good price, whole lot of shoes. Family member loves her shoes, returns here for replacement when the old ones wear out. I wear the New Balance made in the USA shoes. Have to walk a bit as it’s inside an open air mall. Always encountered a helpful staff. Nice place to shop.

Been meaning to write this for a while, the staff here is just awesome. I have a larger shoe size and they were able to special order a shoe I wanted in the size I needed. Store was clean and well organized, a reflection of the excellent store manager whom was very helpful. Thanks guys, highly recommend

All of the staff members seem great, but Austin especially went out of his way to make for a great customer experience. He is friendly, caring, and spends extra time with the customer. He also has a great knowledge base about New Balance products and upcoming releases. Someone give this man a raise!
