So today was my first time ever going into a fleet feet store. It was an amazing experience. Tyler helped me and it was like a spa treatment. I have such difficulties finding shoes that fit me because I have wide feet.

We happened to be in the Tampa area for a family visit when I passed by Fleet Feet and decided to go in to look around. I met Tyler when he greeted me. I explained that I forgot to pack my walking shoes and wanted to see what Fleet Feet had to offer. I was surprised at the low key, no pressure approach.

I’m training for a marathon. Came in super lost (and from another popular running store whose staff didn’t help much). Tyler helped us from the very start. He took his time and was super knowledgeable about everything.
