Had a great experience. The staff was kinda and friendly. Dre helped me find the perfect shoes I needed and was amazing. Checkout experience was smooth especially with a return I was doing and new purchase.

I have been looking to get into a pair of New Balance running shoes since my initial experience with New Balance's running sneaker they had the U.S. Air Force thoroughly test out. We demolished that sneaker over six months of heavy use in humid, wet, then cold conditions on track and trails.

My first visit to new balance factory store. I'm greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly and helpful staff. I took 3 boxes of shoes off shelf to try on while staff got me a larger size from stockroom. I I didn't have to put the shoes back. It was done for me.
