Great instore experience. Everybody was really nice and knowledgable. The associates took their time to ensure that I found the perfect shoe that was right fit! Only knock I give is for price transparency. Service and selection were excellent but there was not a price in site for the shoes.

Five stars for the staff - very efficient, welcome everyone into the store and provided time to address their needs despite a busy Saturday flow of customers. Comprehensive fitting system, no pressure to buy the add-ons, and no rush when trying on and deciding between shoes. Range of shoes is fine.

This place is the best sports shoe shop I’ve ever been. The experience of getting personalized insole was amazing and the staff was really good and professional at what they were doing. They recommend shoes to me based on what my feet needs depending on the analysis. Overall I loved this store 9.5

I’ve only visited Arlington’s location both times for my experience, but each time I was fortunate to have Davon as my Fit Expert (he’s the best of the best; very knowledgeable and personable). The first time, he was very patient with me and ensured that all my needs would be met before my departure.
