New Balance Factory Store Gilroy

Good price. The stock on extra wide sizes could be better, but at least new balance has extra wide sizes. Staff is extremely helpful.

Store was clean and staff very helpful. I wish NB offered more conservative neutral colors but some are available.

Love, love, love this store and New Balance! I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, so this will now be my go-to place for footwear. The NB 990 and 1540 are now the only shoes I wear...boo-hoo...poor me 😩😭Yet they’re fashionable, well made, and super comfy.

New location. When you turned into Arrio Camino make a right towards Starbucks. The lay out is different from the other store, see photos. Staff is nice and helpful. New Balance are great shoes if your heel is narrow and forefoot is wide. They have plenty of D width shoes. I need extra support shoes for my low arches.

This particular store was on a whole other level compared to the others when it comes to service, product knowledge, the place was clean, and the vibe was chill. I loved the different styles of shoes 🔥 they even had a good sale going, plus there's tons of clearance priced shoes to go through!

Best shoes i ever had! i used to buy Nike but Nike started skimping on there quality of shoe i like a wide shoe for running and hiking New Balance has a variety from a skinny foot to wide fit shoes at a great price i shop for the at Big 5 on sale but when i get a chance i like going to the New Balance store in Gilroy…
