Veronica and Nick were incredibly busy when I came in to get my boots. They had multiple groups all in the store at once and they still made sure I felt seen and attended to amidst the busy time. I really appreciate how they kept checking in and getting to me when they could, and they ran things very smoothly.

Becks is the go to store for my work shoes and insoles. This is my third visit and the customer service is consistently great. They really know their work shoes, comfortable walking shoes, and insoles. The quality is there, and they take the time to help you find the right fit.

Miguel is a great person was greeted as I walked in the store. The store got super busy after 5 mintues but he was still able to take care all the customers. Definitely a great worker, hard working guy that takes pride in his work.
