Update January 2026: I've been here for a while now! However after being more active than I previously was I decided to come here to buy some new shoes! I was recommended HOKA and Brooks! The service here is absolutely exceptional!
I went to Footwear, Etc. today, 8/17/21, because I needed new shoes for a painful foot issue. It was important to have staff help in this purchase so that I would select the correct shoe for my issue.
My best experience at a footwear store in the US. Staff was knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the best shoes, inserts and slippers. This is not something I have often experienced, Roadrunner comes close but not quite there.
Mae and my podiatrist Dr. Stephanie Mita are the perfect pair! I like options but I can also get stuck in analysis paralysis. I’ve never shopped for orthopedic shoes before and felt like Mae’s education on the products helped me make the best decision that I could.
