Dear Ken & Assosc., First and foremost thanks so much Ken for the help, especially with the generous accessibility provided in being able to try on so many shoes within such a short timeframe. I was able to stand on the foot pressure monitoring system here, which I had heard of as myth only.

We came here and did a Gait analysis, they have a machine to measure you feet and tells the size and width immediately, that's cool. We tried a few shoes and found a comfortable pair. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I came in today looking for new running shoes. I was looking to buy another pair of Hokas but was open to any suggestions by staff. Jack was the gentleman who helped me today. He was very thorough. He helped me with my size but having me step on an analyzer. He brought out Hokas and other brands he thought I may like.

Experience, patience, friendly and helpful. I’m a very difficult fit with a leg length discrepancy and over pronation. Chris and his staff didn’t give up on me and included me in problem solving to get me walking without pain. Thank you for being an outstanding business.
