We busted the new balance store and Skyler helped us out, great service and very helpful!

Takes masking seriously with lots of sanitizer available. Staff friendly knowledgeable. Assisted to find appropriate sizing & when item not available ordered to direct ship to my home..no cost postage. Will definitely shop there again.

Great selection, even had my size in wide sizes. Just know it’s not an outlet store. Even though it’s in “The Outlets” their prices are full retail price unless you’re military, first responder etc.

Great staff!! My husband must have tried on 15 pairs of shoes, and since he's a size 14, they were all in the back.. which meant the staff had to retrieve every pair for him. They did so with nothing but a smile and suggestions on other styles to try. They also had a great selection and assortment of sizes.

Good selection and prices. However not much expertise on the shoes. If you know what you want, it's probably fine. Bit if you need help choosing your model, only 1 person seemed to have that level of knowledge.
