My friend and I went in to look for Altra shoes. Josie and Kenzie, were very helpful. I'm loving my new shoes. Now I have a new place to look for shoes. Love the store.

We visited the store yesterday while we were waiting for our room to become available. Never been to a Mountain High Outfitter before but the staff was wonderful! Nash was able to help me navigate the different brands of shoes while also getting my son a fitting room!

Best customer service we have had in years!! Brooklyn and Josue were awesome and brought the energy. My husband asked for 10 different shoes and took forever making a decision and they were very patient, all while entertaining the whole family.

We came to Destin location searching for help choosing shoes for recent plantar fasciitis diagnosis. We met John when the store opened and he set to work helping me find two pairs of shoes that gave me instant comfort! He also took the time to teach us, based on his experience, practices that would help this condition.

All the staff is super friendly! Manager chatted with me when I checked out and made sure the sale price was correct on a shirt I was buying. They seemed to have a ton of good product!
