New Balance Brandywine

A foot specialist sent us to this particular New Balance to get our daughter sneakers to fit the braces on her legs. They exceeded our expectations by a mile! Joseph was the employee who waited on us and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great experience.

The staff at this store has always been helpful and friendly. They sold me my first pair of New Balance running shoes in 2019 and I’ve been wearing New Balance ever since. They have a great selection from the Made in US line, including the recent Teddy Santis releases, and other lifestyle models as well.

My husband and I each purchased sneakers here yesterday, and Reginald really exceeded our expectations! We explained our unique foot difficulties to him, and he expertly suggested styles that would best accommodate them. We left satisfied and with shoes that fit us comfortably.

Store was clean. Immediate eye contact and greeting with a store associate when I came through the front door. Browsed until I was ready to be helped. Team member Dajour helped me , he was friendly , efficient and good at his job. Overall really good experience.
