I’m 54 years old and have achieved PRs (Personal Records) in the 5k, 8k, 10k, and Half Marathon since I started using 6am Marathon, Sprint and Bolt. I ran in my HS years but didn’t run much at all again until I hit my mid 30s. I cannot believe the boost I get from using 6am. Faster in my 50s than in my 30s?!
