Great service but they don't honor the online prices at the official New Balance website. You can expect to pay $10 to $15 more for shoes. I advise buying online.

Excellent staff, many long-term, knowledge employees. They keep a computer record of your purchases, which helps when you shop again. I've boughten shoes from the for more than a dozen years. Quality merchandise, and great fitting and advice. I highly recommend their business.

Excellent customer service. Over the past few years I've purchased multiple pairs of shoes from this location rather than online because the sales staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I really value the assurance of getting the right shoe for my needs.

Store manager, Kelly, offered excellent customer service!! She listened to all my foot problems and brought me 3 pairs to try on. I wore the pair I purchased all day today while babysitting my very active grandkids. Normally my feet and legs hurt at the end of the day, but not today! I’m just tired! LOL!

Helpful staff; nice selection; offered to send me shoes if I wanted a different color. All around good experience.
