Always a great customer experience at marathon sports, but Brookline has the best staff by far. John was so thorough with my shoe/insole fitting. He was also enthusiastic to analyze my gait, and figure out what the ideal shoe/insole is for me. Would recommend to any Boston runner/Strava merchant.
