The best shopping experience I have ever had. The staff is exceptional. The education and help I have been given to help my shin splints is invaluable. Yes, they are more expensive than the average shoe, but you are paying for quality. You are making an investment in pain free feet, legs, & back.

I had the privilege of meeting Barb (sale associate), Karen (Regional manager), and another member, at this store! I felt most welcome and taken seriously with the issues I was dealing with (in other shoes). Absolutely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to come out feeling very good with my purchases.

Highly recommend!!! After years of battling with flat arches, knock knees and thousands of chiro visits, I knew I needed to change something. Popped into Lucky Shoes on a whim. I am thrilled that I did. Chris was incredible! He was patient, thorough, kind, knowledgeable, not pushy, not sales-y, informative, and caring.

After dealing with foot and knee pain for the past few years, my Dr recommended several brands of shoes and Lucky shoes. Lucky had all the best brands along with inserts to try. The sales person, KAREN, was amazing!
