The store provides a "foot evaluation" of your feet shape, as well as how you walk (i.e., how heavy/light you are on your feet, where the pressure points on your feet are when you walk, etc.), which really helps dial in the best options for footwear.
The staff at Fleet Feet in Strongsville went above and beyond to hook me up with VIP customer care. I did not purchase anything but they individualized my fitting to the likes of which I have never seen before. This location and Janti, has earned my lifelong business moving forward.
Fleet Feet provides excellent customer service and offers valuable information through the 3D scan. Your staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and highly skilled in helping customers find the right shoes.
